The government defends its performance in the micro-algae crisis
Cyanobacterial blooms were the centre of attention today in the Government Council. The executive considers that it has acted diligently, in coordination and with transparency.

The heads of the Health and Environment departments say they have acted appropriately, according to the risk level of the phenomenon, which they consider to pose little or no danger to human health. They advise coming into direct contact with the blooms.
The Territorial Policy Councillor has said that the phenomenon has been monitored since it was first spotted, and reaffirms their transparency and scientific rigour in the treatment of information.
