The Venezuelan population in the Canary Islands is paying very close attention to the Constituent Assembly vote in their country. Today, they have gathered together in La Laguna¿s main plaza, and from there they began marching to the Cathedral, to celebrate mass for Venezuela. The leaders of the opposition in the Canary Islands have said that this is not a day of mourning, but of struggle. They believe that the regime has just committed political suicide with the Constituent Assembly celebration, but they ask the international community for a powerful response in return.
