El Guiño de los Océanos wants to convey the message of a united and globalised world. According to the Director, Alejandro Togores, "Just as we are 70% water, if we see the intimate relationship we have with water, we will learn that it is the source of life". The documentary will be shown on both large and small screens in order to foster a change in mentality: learning to cooperate.
