Those convicted in the Las Teresitas case could go to jail before the final ruling
The Public Prosecutor's Office used the possibility of escape, the concealment of goods and the public prosecution for the provisional execution of the sentence for those convicted in the Las Teresitas case as their arguments.

The days of freedom that the former Santa Cruz de Tenerife mayor currently enjoys could be numbered. At the request of the public and private prosecutors, a hearing was held to determine whether or not the convicted should go to prison before the final ruling in the Las Teresitas case.
