7 musicians from the islands have covered the anthem for Canary Islands¿ Day (Día de las Canarias), and they did so including rhythms as diverse as reagge, electronic and traditional chorale.

The Government of the Canary Islands has presented 7 new versions of the Canary Islands Anthem. An initiative to celebrate Canary Islands¿ Day, which is being supervised by the timple composer Benito Cabrera.
7 Canarian musicians have been put in charge of adding new rhythms to the traditional anthem. Such as reagge, electronic and traditional chorale.
