Again, water tankers are supplying residents who are without water, going from door to door. This picture has been repeated over the last five days in the town of Campillos, Málaga. For many days, according to residents, who rate the situation as critical, they haven¿t had a single drop of water come out of their faucets. But not only the residents: the lack of water supply and delivery has affected businesses in the municipality, mainly bars and restaurants.

Part of the problem is due to a lack of rain¿but above all, according to the Town Council, the problem is due to an inadequate and outdated supply network. Last night, it was reported, another breakdown made the situation worse in the upper area of the town. At the moment, about two thousand residents are still affected by the water shortage, and they're ready to begin protesting if the Board of Andalusia and the Provincial Council of Málaga don¿t provide an immediate solution to this situation.
