The former mayor of Santa Cruz de Tenerife¿Miguel Zerolo¿will appeal his sentence before the Supreme Court that condemns him to seven years in prison for planning corruption in the Las Teresitas case. But according to the private suit, the ruling is so well-constructed that the appeal won't get any traction.
