14.000 Secondary students take part in the the Greco-Latin theatre Festival in Mérida
Until 28 April, a new edition of the Juvenile Greco-Latin Theatre Festival is taking place in Mérida, where nine works by Aeschylus, Plato, Euripides and Sophocles are being staged, as a way for Bachillerato and Secondary School students to delve into the world of the classics.

Until 28 April, Mérida hosts the 21st edition of the Juvenile Greco-Latin Theatre Festival, where nine works by classic authors such as Euripides, Plato and Sophocles are being staged in the sand of the Roman Theatre in the capital of Extremadura. The competition began with The Suppliants, by Aeschylus.
