The Assembly of Extremadura unanimously rejects the principle of ordinality in the future regional financing model, which would mean distribution by the State based on per capita income.

The People's Party group, which submitted the initiative, says that would legitimise a two-speed Spain, estimating a GDP loss of 167 million euros for Extremadura. All groups defend the principle of interregional solidarity.
