The plan, which the Board has approved, consists of only one article, directed towards regulating the subsidiary actions of the Administration to prevent forest fires. The legal reform, which will have to pass in the Assembly, provides that in the case that the owners of private estates ignore their preventive obligations, the regional government will be able to carry out maintenance works, "at the owner's expense", which is clarified in the plan.
