The Mérida designer Victoria Álvarez Nogales launches her own line: Basarrate

Her brand is named after the surname of her maternal grandmother, as an homage to what she learned from her as a seamstress, from when she made dresses for her dolls to today, making dresses for real women.

Victoria Álvarez Nogales is a young designer and stylist from Extremadura who has decided to create a new fashion line, named Basarrate in tribute its grandmother, who was a well-known seamstress in Mérida and who initiated her into the secrets of the world of design. The creator loves geometrical lines and two-piece ensembles.
