Sampaoli for the Argentina National Team
The AFA has chosen Jorge Sampaoli as new Argentina manager, and will to travel to Seville to try sign him up. Meanwhile, Granada CF presented new manager Tony Adams after Lucas Alcaraz was sacked.

The AFA wants Sampaoli, born in Casilda, Argentina, to take over as the new manager of the 'white and sky blues' at the end of the season. He has another year on his contract, so the club will enforce his 1.5 million withdrawal clause. Sampaoli is believed to have said YES to the deal. The AFA travels to Seville this Thursday to negotiate directly with the manager.
Meanwhile, Granada already has a new manager. It is Tony Adams, former Arsenal player and the Chairman's right-hand man, after the sudden sacking of Lucas Alcaraz following Granada's latest defeat by Valencia at Los Cármenes Stadium, leaving the team 7 points from the battle to stay up.
