Extremaduran PSOE and PP outline their amendments to the PGE
Employment and communications are the main contempts of the state accounts of Extremadura for the Extremaduran socialists. However, the popular representatives think that they consolidate the Government' commitment with the region
This Tuesday will mark a week since the general state budget for 2017 reached Congress. The PSOE representatives from Extremadura are preparing their amendments to some accounts that, according to them, reflect the Government's 'banditry' with Extremadura and are not very credible reflect the 'banditry'' of the Government with Extremadura and have a credibility problem. They claim that their two main points of interest will be employment and communications, and that their long-term political goal is to bring back the level of investment that could be found in the region during the time of Zapatero.
On the other hand, the Extremaduran PP representatives believe that these accounts represent economic and labour consolidation, and confirm the Government's commitment to the autonomous community. And they pass the ball to the Board. The Badajoz representative, Teresa Angulo, has made a call so that the regional executive can provide their percentage to the state housing plan.
