Fernández Vara: "the Green Economy plan is a plan for employment"
The president of the Board, Guillermo Fernández Vara, has appeared in the Assembly of Extremadura to explain this "change in production model" with a view to 2030. Vara insists that it falls in line with priorities that the EU will mark in the future for subsidies.
