Failures in the braking system
Technicians are studying the events that took place in the Teide Cable Railway on Wednesday. They already know that two of the three braking systems were activated simultaneously.

It is too soon to determine the causes of the accident but the technicians have seen that two of the three braking systems were activated at the same time. Something that should not happen.
The assessment continues with the rest of systems implicated in the breakdown. Including a simulation with the same weight the cable car was carrying at the moment it stopped.
