Extremadura celebrates the 5th Chefs Competition

Eight chefs, trained in the region, are the competitors in the final of the 5th Extremduran Chefs Competition. The competition values originality, the use of new techniques and the use of products from the autonomous community in the recipes. The participants had to present a meat dish and a fish dish.

Extremadura celebrates the 5th Chefs Competition. Eight finalists take part in this competition that he intends to display the best cooking from the autonomous community. During the last four years, Spain has been represented by chefs from Extremadura in the European Bocuse D'Or, one of the most prestigious competitions on the international stage.
