11 medals for Extremadura in the National Fighting Championship
The tournament has been a public success with 4,500 people for two days in the stands of the Ciudad Deportiva Pavilion in Cáceres, where Extremadura has remained second for federations.

Álvaro Rodríguez is gold in under 92 kilos in the discipline of Grappling, and gold in Sambo in under 90 kilos, whereas Fernando Mera is bronze in the same category and discipline. Bronze for Franchi Barroso in Sambo in under 68 kilos, and bronze also for Juan Carlos Sánchez in under 57 kilos.
In women¿s, gold for Estela Salgado and silver for Montaña Palacios, Patricia García, Bárbara Palacios, Cristina Martínez and María Jesús Oca.
