Two years of occupational training and improving employability for 28.000 young people, those who are unemployed as well as those who want to improve their work situation with personalised advice. The Employment Councillor for Extremadura stated that the plan has a budget of 16,6 million euros, and she will request a Special Employment Plan for Extremadura from the central government.
According to the president Fernández Vara, the Youth Employment Plan also seeks to combat "miserable salaries", and adds that "job insecurity is not subsidised".
