Tenerife breaks a filming record in 2016
Last year the island deposited six million euros from the 116 media productions that were filmed, which is 28 more than in 2015.

The tax advantages, the variety of landscapes, together with the strategy devised years ago by the Tenerife Film Commission, have all been key to the island having hosted, in this time, over a thousand productions.
Now other areas such as video games, animation and special effects are being explored.
