The DOPs of Extremadura will be promoted through the cooks' kitchens

The Association of Cooks and Confectioners of Extremadura has signed an agreement today for this purpose, with ten Designations of Origin and two protected Geographical Indications from the region, in order to combine efforts to promote the gastronomic products from Extremadura.

Good preparation in the kitchen adds something extra to the products with Designation of Origin, which is one more way of promoting these products apart from serving them on the side. For that, the cooks and confectioners of Extremadura have signed an agreement this Friday with ten DOPs from Extremadura and two Protected Geographical Indications.
