The Caribbean carnival already has its queen
Judit López García is the new carnival queen of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. She won the sceptre with the fantasy Madame Soleil, by the designer Jorge González.

Judit López conquered the jury with her fantasy Madame Soleil. A sun made of 300 kilos of feathers and sparkles by the designer Jorge González. This is the second time a design of his has won the prize.
The coronation was the finale of a show that lasted over three hours, with an audience of more than 5000 people, at the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Trade Fair.
