20 dance academies from Extremadura take part in 'Live your dream'
The competition jury has selected 41 of the 68 choreographies performed in the López de Ayala Theatre in Badajoz.

More than 300 children and teenagers from twenty dance academies from Extremadura have taken part in the autonomous phase of this international competition. A total of 68 choreographies were performed during the show, under categories such as flamenco, modern, oriental, salsa and freestyle.
Dancers from different age groups have overcome their nerves and emotions of taking to the stage of the López de Ayala Theatre, aiming to be put forward to the national final, which will be celebrated at the end of February in Madrid.
The teachers value the experience that the competition offers the pupils, preparing them to dance in public. The members of the organisation highlight that the main goal of the competition is to motivate the dancers in the difficult and sacrificed world of dance.
