Both footballers have joined the list of blue and red reinforcements this winter, which includes manager Juan Sabas and players Boateng, Walter and Cielo.

The arrival of Coinsa as the team¿s new investment group is a breath of fresh air for Extremadura. November and December's pending salaries have now been paid. The new sports director Ángel González Becerra is still signed, and five new reinforcements have arrived on the pitch and another on the bench.

This morning, two new players have put on the team¿s shirt. Alejandro Zamora, centre, has arrived from L¨Hospitalet and is familiar with Extremaduran football having already played for Cacereño and Mérida. Josu Corrais has been transferred from Kerala Blazers in the Indian Super League and hopes playing for Extremadura will act as a springboard into Spanish football. They are both aware that the team¿s goal is to avoid relegation and to stay in their category, which remains to be decided in the second round of competition.
