The technical body and the staff, which make up Extremadura¿s family, is awaiting an agreement reached between the club headed by businessman Manuel Franganillo and Coinsa Group.
They will try to secure a place in Second Division B and reach the Liga 123 by 2020 at the latest.
They're aiming to recover the Francisco de la Hera pitch and strengthen the team.
