Extremaduran teams are undefeated during the day of second division matches
Seven points out of a possible nine during the second division league day for Extremaduran football teams. Extremadura drew at home against Jaén while Villanovense took third place on the league table by beating Jaén in Romero Cuerda. Mérida brings victory to Mancha Real

Villanovense excels itself. Villanovense took the lead in the second minute and beat the second qualified team, Marbella. Carlos Fernández (2) and Curro scored for Manolo Sanlúcar¿s team, who continue going up in the league.
Mérida rises to seventh place with their narrow victory in Mancha Real, on astro-turf. Professionalism, experience and a good defence gave them three points.
Extremadura has not managed to get out of the danger-zone. They play well, with good judgement and strength but they don't manage to score and can¿t improve on their 1-1 draw with Real Jaén.
