Following the latest court order, the mayor of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, José Manuel Bermúdez, announced the demolition of the car park building located on the Las Teresitas beach front.
Attempts were made to try to preserve the building as the new beach ordinance plan contemplates demolishing another similar one.
