"El Rubio" placed in the dock
Antonio Ojeda's judgement has begun. Known as "El Rubio", he has been accused of raping a 9 year old boy. The Civil Guard has also linked him to the disappearance of Yeremi Vargas.

"El Rubio¿ has been placed in the dock for the first time for having supposedly sexually abused 9 year old boy in 2012. Today he only answered the questions of his lawyer and denied the facts. The supposed victim, who testified via video conference, identified him as his attacker.
The Civil Guard also link ¿El Rubio¿ to the disappearance of the boy Yeremi Vargas in Vecindario in 2007. Today the mother of the boy, Ithaysa Suárez, wanted to attend the judgement. In statements made to TVE, she said that she hopes that he breaks down at one point and confesses that it was him who took her son.
