Beating Estudiantes 81-72, Iberostar Tenerife takes first place in the league. It's true that Iberostar Tenerife didn't give their best performance of the season yesterday but they are still untouchable, and winning for them has become the norm. Lacking in their attack yesterday, they managed to move forward with their defence, which according to Vidorreta, performed well in the first quarter, and excellent in the fourth quarter. With first place at stake, next Sunday they are set to visit Real Madrid. But in the mean time they need to stay alert, because on Wednesday they will play again in the Basketball Champions League.
