The Special Plan for Las Teresitas permits the construction of a hotel
It includes the construction of a city park, more parking places, more sand for the beach and better road access. The town council of Santa Cruz de Tenerife wants to approve the document before the end of the year.

The Town Council of Santa Cruz de Tenerife has presented the Special Zoning Plan for the beachfront of Las Teresitas, a proposal that includes the creation of a city park and new parking places that will occupy an area of 200,000 square metres, with an investment of more than 30 million euros.
