Gilbert F. Houngbo is elected Director-General of the ILO

After the newscast Amy Egan reports on an initiative to bring Ukrainian orphans to Spain, the discovery by archaeologists of the remains of a Roman woman in prehistoric necropolis abandoned 2,600 years before the woman lived, a special award for veteran Spanish actress Carmen Maura at the upcoming Ibero-America annual film awards, a new show presenting the hits of Broadway musicals of the sixties in Catalan for the first time, and a new release by the pop-electronica-indie singer-songwriter known as Ganges. Then we hear the acceptance speech of the International Labour Organization's Director-General elect, Gilbert F.
