Washington's balancing act during Franco's last years

After touching on current events in Spain, the third program in our mini-series on Spanish and US relations during the Cold War takes a look at Washington's difficult balancing act, between its strategic military accord with the Franco dictatorship and its need, in view of future relations, to win the hearts and minds of Spanish democrats.
