The Supreme Court requires Extremadura to pay 10.4 million euros for claiming an excess of pasture lands between 2007 and 2008

The Supreme Court fines Extremadura 10.4 million euros for exceeding the surface area of land parcels that receive subsidies within the Regional Agricultural Policy of 2007 and 2008, resulting from erroneously including meadow lands, just a few days after suspending a different fine of 80 million euros imposed by Brussels on the region for the same issue, yet corresponding to the years between 2010 and 2013.
