Brief synopsis
This is a "real fairy tale"
about the life and dreams of Ana, a young showgirl in a disco-club
who dreams of the breakthrough in show-business and becoming a world
famous film star.
The main character spent her childhood in an orphanage and had never
known her family. Although she would not even admit it to herself,
her innermost aspirations are having her own family one day. She
has a boyfriend who seem to love her but even though she finds it
hard to accept she realises that he has a lot of cheek and is rather
hopeless.
By chance she gets to Fernando`s, a banker and widower with seven
children: Carolina, Nando, Amalia, Celia, Lucía and the twins
Guillermo and Alejandro who mistake her for the new nursemaid. Ana
likes the idea, among other things because she "falls in love
with the children" and decides to accept the job. The new nanny
would fills the silence of this large family with "life and
dreams", though, at night, she would continue working in the
show. Ana would keep her double life a secret. |
