In this week's edition of "Face to Face", Frank Smith talks with the Croatian Minister for Foreign Affairs, Vesna Pusnic, whose visit to Madid coincides with Croatia's formal request for entry into the European Union. So far, 17 out of the 27 European Union members have approved Croatia's accession and Croatia is expected to become an EU member as of July 1, 2013 (12/10/12).
