Justin Coe welcomes to the studio Rafael Sánchez and Luis Bolín of the Spanish pop-rock band La Unión, one of the leading groups on the Spanish music scene of the 1980's. Rafa, the group's lead singer, and Luis, who plays bass, talk about their musical and other adventures (shared with La Unión's guitarist, Mario Martínez) as we listen to songs from the trio's new CD, released 30 years after their debut album, "Mil siluetas" (a thousand silhouettes). The new release is the second "Best of" CD entitled "Hip.Gnosis" and includes twelve tunes--new versions of La Unión songs featuring guest artists such as Kevina Kul, Bruce Lee, Cecilia Krull, and Love of Lesbian.
