In Spain's third national election in four years, the governing Socialist Workers Party (PSOE) received the most votes and won 123 parliamentary seats. The Popular Party suffered its worst results ever, winning just 66 seats--down from 137 in the 2016 parliamentary election. After a run-down of results in Sunday's election, we hear music by veteran alto saxophonist Charles McPherson, who performs tonight at Barcelona's Jamboree Jazz club.
