Today's program takes a look at the November 10 elections in Spain, which resulted in another hung parliament. The Socialist Party won the most seats but again not enough for a majority. The big surprise was the rise of Vox, the anti-immigration, anti-regional party which doubled its representation with 52 seats. A preliminary accord between the Socialists and Unidos Podemos proposes a progressive coalition still requiring support from other parties. That's followed by more news and music by Isaac Albeniz.
