Historic accord with Iran

 The five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany have reached an historic accord with Iran over that country's nuclear program.  Economic sanctions which have crippled the Iranian economy are due to be lifted.  Spain is among the countries celebrating the historic accord which is expected to have significant repercussions in the war-torn Middle East.
