Frank Smith talks to Emmet Fletcher, the Manager of the Space Surveillance and Tracking Programme of the European Space Agency in Madrid. His job is to find and monitor rubbish in space and ensure that accidents don't happen. Emmet Fletcher is a British scientist who's worked for the European Space Agency for most of his professional life and has spent the last sixteen years living here in Spain.
