Frank Smith returns to the studio to talk about the wildfires in Portugal and the Grenfell tower blaze in London.  Both incidents left scores dead and drew criticism to authorities, but for different reasons.  Frank identifies the underlying cause for both tragedies: the policies of austerity that the governments of Portugal and Britain have followed for years now.
