 After the news former colleague Frank Smith remembers former Socialist economy minister Miguel Boyer, who died today at the age of 75.  Then, in this week's edition of "North by Southwest," Nicolas Jackson visits the 9th edition of Hay Festival Segovia, Spain's annual literary festivall. There he talks to Baron Patten of Barnes, Chancellor of the University of Oxford and head of the Vatican's communications and media team. Chris Patten was formerly Chairman of the UK's Conservative Party and a British Government minister, a European Union Commissioner, the last governor of Hong Kong, and Chair of the BBC Trust.  To wrap up the broadcast, what better than "Listeners Club," with letters from listeners from around the world?
