After the newscast comes "Face to Face," in which Frank Smith talks to Eduardo Nolla, Professor of Political Thought, who has just been appointed Rector (in other words, President or Vice Chancellor) of the University Camilo José Cela in Madrid, one of seventeen private universities that operate in Spain. Then, in "North By Southwest", Nicolas Jackson visits ARCO, Madrid's international contemporary art fair, where he talks to the event's director, Carlos Urroz, and Professor Jonathan Harris of the Winchester Centre for Global Futures in Art, Design & Media.
