English language broadcast - 04/03/15

 The consequences of 15-M, the protest in May 2011 that gave renewed energy on a massive level to political and social activism in Spain, are many. Today's is the first of two programs from an extended conversation with Carlos Delclós about these consequences.  Barcelona-based sociologist, researcher and editor for ROAR magazine, Carlos Delclós also collaborates with the Health Inequalities Research Group at the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. Today we discuss the impact 15-M has had on the Spanish political scene with the emergence of the party Podemos.
