El sello Platinum recopila por primera vez todas las grabaciones que dejaron en sus seis únicos singles The Sparkles. En las filas de esta estupenda banda del oeste de Texas destacaron el cantante y batería Harold Floyd y el guitarrista -y futura estrella del country- Gary P. Nunn. Se los recuerda especialmente por el clásico nugget de garaje punk “No friend of mine”, pero todo su material es realmente jugoso. Suenan también los últimos lanzamientos editados por Hyperloop Recordings, disquera británica especializada en rescatar excelentes singles de los 60 nunca antes reeditados.
